A Registered Nurse (RN) degree is four year academic degree in the science and principles of nursing that is granted by a tertiary education university or the similar accredited school. On the other hand, Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) prepares nurses for a professional role from the bedside with coursework in nursing science, research, leadership and nursing informatics. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a four-year degree that prepares nurses for graduate-level education, the first two year degree the students are given general education while the remaining time is for nursing courses.
