What are Cookies
| Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by websites
that you visit. You can prevent this happening by changing the security configuration of
the browser (e.g. Netscape, Internet Explorer) that you use. However if you do not accept
cookies this can prevent some websites from working properly. |
There are two types of cookie. One stays on your computer after you
have closed your browser. The other type is removed from your computer when you close your
browser. Each type has different uses. |
A typical reason for using the first type of cookie is to enable the
operator of the website to identify when your computer is used to revisit that website. |
The second type of cookie is typically used to support simple
transactions (e.g. displaying an acknowledgement message after you have submitted some
information). We use the second type of cookie. |

Use of cookies on this site
We have kept the use of cookies on this site to the minimum practical
for the site to work. We do not use them to check if you have visited this website before.
We only use them to support simple transactions. |
We use a temporary cookie (i.e. the type that is removed from your
computer when you close your browser). |
This cookie enables us to display acknowledgement and error messages
to you in the e-mail registration and account management area. That way you know what is
going on. It would be confusing otherwise. |
Parts of this website will not work properly if: |
- you have set the security in your browser to refuse all temporary
cookies. |
- you have set the security in your browser to prompt you before
putting a temporary cookie on your computer and you reject it when prompted. |
